The groups have been drawn as follows:

  • Pot 1: Real Madrid C.F., Manchester City, FC Bayern München, Paris Saint-Germain, Liverpool FC, FC Internazionale Milano, Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig, FC Barcelona.
  • Pot 2: Bayer 04 Leverkusen, Atlético de Madrid, Atalanta BC, Juventus, SL Benfica, Arsenal FC, Club Brugge KV, FC Shakhtar Donetsk, AC Milan.
  • Pot 3: Feyenoord, Sporting Clube de Portugal, PSV Eindhoven, GNK Dinamo, FC Salzburg, LOSC Lille, FK Crvena Zvezda, BSC Young Boys, Celtic FC.
  • Pot 4: ŠK Slovan Bratislava, AS Monaco, AC Sparta Praha, Aston Villa FC, Bologna FC 1909, Girona FC, VfB Stuttgart, SK Sturm Graz, Stade Brestois 29.

The knockout rounds will take place on the following dates:

  • The top eight teams from each group will advance to the Round of 16, which will be played on March 4-5 and March 11-12, 2025.
  • The quarterfinals will take place on April 8-9 and April 15-16, 2025.
  • The semifinals are scheduled for April 29-30 and May 6-7, 2025.
  • The grand final will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at the Allianz Arena in Munich, Germany.
